Don’t eat less, eat differently

  1. You automatically crave snacks less. Since your body does not ‘crave’ sugars, it is much easier to ignore the cookie jar.
  2. Nutritious food is unprocessed and varied. It gives you the right nutrients and fuels to feel as good as possible.
  3. If you opt for satiating foods, fibers and protein are your best friends. This fills and feeds you for a long time. Fiber also contributes to a healthy intestinal flora.

How do you eat more satiated?

Fortunately, the answer to this question is simple. Make sure your every breakfast, lunch and dinner are nutritiously. Choose more vegetables, fruit, legumes, nuts and seeds, and you are on the right track.
